COH From Above

About Perch Projects

Perch Projects provides construction project management and human-centered design direction for commercial, medical, transitional and residential spaces in the greater Los Angeles area with budgets ranging from $300,000 to over $20,000,000. On a mission to both shelter and empower, Perch Projects collaborates with clients’ existing teams, leverages their strengths, and supplies additional skilled resources to transform good ideas into truly inspired reality.

Our company name reflects both our perspective and our purpose. We view projects from two equally important vantage points: from above, assessing high-level challenges and objectives, and from ground level, gathering details about the needs and the aspirations of those who will alight in the finished spaces. We are fueled by a firm belief in the power of the built environment to positively impact those who spend time there – be it years, months or mere moments – seeking rest, renewal and inspiration.

Just a Snippet of What We Do

– Align resources, consultants & community to best effect
– Position end-users at the center of the design discussion
– Position ourselves within client teams & across agencies
– Pretend we’re spending our own money
– Help create grant-winning narratives
– Parse challenges & reduce risks
– Create design schematics & space plans for visual learners
– PM101: budgets, bids, contract management, plan management, code compliance, consultant retention, project close-out
– Listen, Learn, Enroll, Guide.
